Our Quality Assurance

Bollywood Fashion Australia values and  stands behind the quality of the garments we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with an item that you have purchased, we will be happy to honor your request for an exchange or refund (less shipping and merchant fees 3%) within 7 days of receipt.  Please make sure the item being returned must be in the original conditions with the tags attached to it.

Please return the merchandise in its original condition and a copy of your invoice via insured and pre-paid mail to the address below:

Sizes

Sizes are generally ok as advertised and if you have any queries related with sizes, please email sales@bollywoodfashion.com.au

Returns

Please return any item you are not completely satisfied with. Wrap securely and pre-pay postage. The cost of returned merchandise will be refunded to you at the current exchange rate, in Australian dollars (shipping and merchant fees are not refundable).

Exchanges

If you have bought something which is the wrong size, then send it back to us and we\'ll happily exchange it for you.  Please note: All items purchased from our CLEARANCE CATEGORY will not be eligible for any exchange or refund.

Shipping costs within Australia

All orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post and the courier charges are automatically calculated at the checkout. Orders are generally dispatched the following business day after the fund are received, and will normally be delivered 1-3 days from dispatch.

International shipping costs

All international orders are sent using airmail.  Delivery will take from 4-14 days depending on the country and local customs procedure (see below).

Customs and Import Duty Information

For all countries except Australia, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Tryst Fashion does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your respective country's custom policy, please contact your local customs office.

Delivery Times
